One day when I was in high school, a kid I sat with at lunch said:

Charlie you’re so normal, you’re invisible.

When I graduated, I won two senior superlatives.  One was “Best Smile.”  The other?

“Most likely to break out of his shell in college.”
By sophomore year of college I’d racked up 8 lifelong crushes—most of whom I’d never spoken more than a few words to—and two girlfriends who I dated for a grand total of 5 months.

The tragicomedy of Charlie seemed destined to continue forever – two years of college and I couldn’t have made any meaningful claim to have “broken out of my shell.”

And then one day, I stumbled onto Tucker Max’s old message board.  The guy was so different from me.  And past the hilarious stories of the college debauchery I was having none of, was some solid life advice.  And buried deep in that advice was a list of book recommendations for Becoming a Man.

And so it began…

Before that day, I thought charisma was beyond me.  I was who I was.  I was born with a destiny and it was my job to live it out.  If that didn’t include movie star magnetism, tough break.  I would have to stick to success in the realm of my “natural” academic talents.

That day was a paradigm shift.  The old rules of “being a natural,” were out.  I decided I could learn anything.  I could bust my ass, hack my brain, and choose who I would be.

I kept reading paradigm-busting books.  It opened the door for non-traditional self improvement and books like The Four-Hour Workweek, Awaken The Giant Within, and Sex God Method.

Today I am a far cry from the kid I was in high school.  I have become more capable, charismatic, open-minded, and free than I’d ever imagined.
I want to share everything I have learned along the way.

Why Kickassery?

Kickassery, for me, is about building unrivaled charisma and creating awesome relationships.  It is about becoming the type of incredible person that makes people feel good, that both men and women are drawn to and want to have in their lives.
Kickassery destroys the myth of the natural.  Natural talent is for suckers.  I don’t care how good you are, everyone can get better.  Kobe Bryant shoots 1,000 shots a day and THAT is why he’s the best.  He puts in the work to be next-level good.  Anything can be learned — you are as good as you are willing to be.

Kickassery teaches responsibility.  If you are as good as you are willing to be, the quality of your life is in your hands.  You decide if you live the life you want.  You decide if you become the person you want to be.  Kickassery will purge your instinct to externalize failure.

Kickassery teaches courage.  Kickassery hones the strength to do bold things.

Kickassery builds integrity.  Improve your ability with women, and you improve your self esteem.  When you have high self-esteem, you won’t compromise your integrity because it is convenient.  You won’t lie to get a girl.  You won’t misrepresent yourself to be accepted.  You’ll stick to your moral convictions even when it is unpopular.

Kickassery is worth it.  Having next-level charisma, having people drawn to you, it’s the most rewarding thing in the world.  People–and the connections you make with them–are everything.  Your relationships are the most important thing in this world and the only thing that will make you lastingly happy.
